Privacy Policy

This policy is a draft pending legal review.
Who is responsible
Framework runs this website and the AI front desk service. We are responsible for the personal information we collect and hold. Privacy questions go to the contact at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, and what you tell us about your problem. When you call or talk to our AI front desk, including the public demo line, we collect call audio, transcripts, and metadata such as the time, duration, and number the call came from. Our website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to operate and improve the front desk service, and to book appointments or consultations you request. We collect only what we need for those purposes. We do not sell your information.
Call recording
Calls handled by our AI front desk, including the public demo line, are recorded and transcribed. Callers are told they may be recorded before the call proceeds.
When we answer for a business you called
Many calls we handle are for businesses that use our front desk. If you called a business and our agent answered, that business decides how your information is used. We handle the recording and transcript on their behalf, under our agreement with them. For questions about how that business uses your information, ask the business directly.
Consent
Submitting the contact form doesn't sign you up for anything. We only email you about your inquiry if you check the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Who else handles your data
We use trusted providers to run the service: cloud hosting, phone carriers, and the AI providers that power the agent. Some of them store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States. While your information is there, the laws of those countries apply to it. We do not share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Bot protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots, without showing you a puzzle. Turnstile evaluates signals from your browser to make that call; Cloudflare processes that data under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. It is not used to advertise to you or to profile you across sites.
How we protect it
Data moves over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you. We use providers that publish their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and call records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or to delete it. We respond within 30 days. Some records we must keep for legal reasons, and we will tell you if that applies to your request.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handled your information, contact us first and we will try to fix it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
